Accessibility Statement
Effective October 25, 2026
Otter International Proposals wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our target
We design and test the Website with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This statement describes our target and our efforts; it is not a claim of certified conformance.
Measures we take
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a skip link.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators.
- Text and interface colors chosen for sufficient contrast in light and dark themes.
- Descriptive labels, instructions, and error messages on forms.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and respect reduced-motion preferences.
Downloads and documents
The website offers a small number of PDF downloads, such as the RFP compliance checklist. These are prepared with real text rather than scanned images, so screen readers can read them, but they may not meet every accessibility requirement. If you need a download in another format, ask through a Private Consultation request and we will provide the same content in an accessible format.
Images
Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Purely decorative images and icons are marked so that assistive technologies skip them, which keeps pages shorter to listen to.
Compatibility
The website is built with standard HTML and CSS and is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers on desktop and mobile devices, with or without JavaScript. Older browsers may display a simpler layout.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on the Website, please tell us through a Private Consultation request, selecting "Not yet certain, guidance requested," or contact us using the details below. Please describe the page and the difficulty so we can address it.
