Privacy Notice
Effective October 25, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Otter International, LLC, doing business as Otter International Proposals ("we," "us"), handles information collected through this website (the "Website").
Information we collect
When you submit a Private Consultation request, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, email address, the service you are interested in, an optional RFP submission deadline, and the details of your inquiry. We also record the date and time of submission and a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your network address, used only to prevent abuse of the form.
If your organization engages us, invited users of the private client portal also provide account details (name, organization, email address, and optionally a job title and phone number), and the portal stores the documents, comments, approvals, and messages exchanged for the engagement, together with the date, time, and author of each action. Approval records include the approver's name, the document version, and the time of approval.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the Website.
How we use information
- To review and respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare a proposal for an engagement you choose to begin with us.
- To protect the Website and its users from fraud, spam, and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and browser storage
The public Website does not set tracking cookies. If you choose a light or dark display theme, that preference is stored in your own browser and is not sent to us. The client portal and administrative areas use strictly necessary session cookies for signed-in users only.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement, and afterward only as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete an inquiry that did not lead to an engagement.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information you submit, including encrypted connections, restricted access, and encryption of portal documents and records where they are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children
The Website is intended for organizations and their representatives and is not directed to children.
