Clients of Otter International Proposals work with us through a private, invitation-only portal designed to keep every document, decision, and conversation in one confidential place.
Invitation-only membership
There is no public registration. Access is created by Otter International Proposals for the individuals your organization authorizes, once an engagement begins.
Secure document exchange
The RFP package, drafts, supporting files, and final proposal packages are exchanged inside the portal, organized by project, with version history and timestamps.
Proposal updates
A personal dashboard shows each proposal's status, upcoming milestones, and documents awaiting your attention.
Reviews and approvals
Drafts are formally published for your review. Approval is a deliberate, confirmed action recorded with the version, date, time, and approver.
Revision requests
Request revisions with comments describing exactly what should change. Earlier versions remain available for reference.
Private project messaging
Confidential conversations linked to each project, with document references, notifications, and full history.

How the portal protects your documents
Documents and records stored in the portal are encrypted where they are kept, and every connection to the portal is encrypted in transit. Signed-in sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity, and each person can see only the projects and documents their organization has authorized.
Because the portal keeps a dated record of each draft, comment, and approval, your organization has a clear history of how the final proposal came together.
