How we protect your RFP materials.
Discretion is fundamental to proposal work. These are the commitments we make about the information entrusted to us.
Purpose limitation
Information and documents you share with us, including RFP packages, pricing, technical approaches, staffing, and internal materials, are used only to prepare your proposal.
Restricted access
Your materials are accessible only to those working on your engagement. Within the client portal, each client can view only the projects and documents they are authorized to see.
No reuse for other clients
Content written for your proposal is not reused in proposals for other organizations. Your technical approach, pricing, and internal information stay with your engagement.
No disclosure of clients
We do not publish or disclose the names of our clients, the opportunities they pursue, or the proposals we prepare for them without written permission.
Samples we publish
Any sample work shown on this website is prepared to show our method and is published without identifying details. We never publish a client's proposal, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Non-disclosure agreements
If your organization requires a non-disclosure agreement before sharing materials, please mention it in your consultation request so that it can be addressed before any confidential documents are exchanged.
Document exchange
For active engagements, documents are intended to be exchanged through the private client portal rather than through the public inquiry form. Please do not submit confidential materials through the public form.
Documents and records stored in the portal are encrypted where they are kept, and connections to the website and portal are encrypted in transit. Access to each engagement is limited to the people your organization authorizes and those working on the engagement.
Return and deletion
At the end of an engagement, you may ask us to return or delete materials you provided, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.
