No guarantee of outcomes

Decisions to award contracts are made solely by the organizations that issue RFPs. We do not guarantee that any proposal will be selected, scored favorably, or result in an award.

Inquiries

Submitting a Private Consultation request does not oblige either party to begin an engagement. Please do not submit confidential pricing, classified information, or sensitive personal information through the public inquiry form.

Client portal

Access to the private client portal is by invitation only and is subject to the terms of your engagement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting automated or abusive requests, or uploading harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Website, the Otter International Proposals name and logo, and the Website's content are owned by Otter International, LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Otter International, LLC disclaims all warranties regarding the Website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
